Returns are only offered from 30 Calendar days from the date of purchase, not including shipping times.
Items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, not including holidays, weekends, or other circumstances.
Returns Shall Be Unopened, with original packaging, and all contents
Opened items will not be considered for returns to ULS, we may offer assistance in warranty claims with the manufacturer
In Person Orders - Returns are subject to 25% Restocking Fee
Online Orders - Returns are subject to 30% Restocking Fee and Credit Card Service Surcharges
Refunds will be issued withing 2 - 4 business days
